Under the retail model, we invoice customers directly and you receive a 40% commission for the first 3 years and 20% thereafter.

Under the wholesale model, we invoice you for all the domains and subdomains you have added on your reseller account. This is done monthly in arrears and we subtract the 20% wholesale discount from the amount we invoice. You then invoice your customers in whatever way you prefer.

You need to have a Premium Cookiebot CMP plan to access the reseller functionality within the Cookiebot CMP interface. Premium accounts require saved payment card details in the account in order to be activated.

No money will be withdrawn from your payment card if you do not have a domain added to your account.

Per clause 2.1.2 of the Reseller Agreement, we will settle your account every 3 months. If you have earned less than (the equivalent of) €200, the payout will be postponed. If you have earned (the equivalent of) €200 or more, you will receive a payout to your bank account (see below).

We settle reseller accounts on the following dates: 31 March, 30 June, 30 September, 31 December. You will receive a notification from us shortly after each of these dates with invoicing instructions.
